1. Scope

This policy applies to subscription fees paid for the Moonlab service.

2. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or otherwise determined by our Merchant of Record.

3. Billing and cancellation

The subscription is billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges, and access to the service continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Merchant of Record

Subscription payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, which is the seller of record for the transaction and handles billing inquiries in accordance with its own policies and applicable law.
