1. Who we are

Moonlab is operated by Dayan Itzik, a registered sole proprietor in Bat Yam, Israel. Contact: contact@moonlab.co.il.

2. What we collect

  • Business owners: business name and details, contact information and service settings.
  • Loyalty club members: name, mobile number, a consent timestamp, and visit counts and dates.
  • Feedback: the rating given and any optional free-text feedback the customer chooses to share.
  • Benefits: benefit codes and their redemption status.
  • Message log: a record of WhatsApp messages sent through the service — recipient number, message type and delivery status.

3. How we use it

Data is used solely to operate the service: routing feedback to the business, managing club membership, delivering benefit codes and redemption confirmations on WhatsApp, and showing the business its own dashboard. We do not sell personal data.

4. Sharing

  • Member data is visible only to the specific business the customer interacted with. Data is never shared between businesses.
  • WhatsApp messages are delivered through the WhatsApp Business platform (Meta), which processes delivery data under its own terms.
  • We use hosting and infrastructure providers to run the service, and a Merchant of Record to process subscription payments from businesses.

5. Retention

Data is retained while the relevant business subscription and club membership remain active, and deleted or anonymized when no longer needed or upon a valid deletion request.

6. Your choices

  • Club members can unsubscribe at any time by replying to the WhatsApp message (reply "הסר").
  • You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to contact@moonlab.co.il.

7. Legal basis

We process personal data in accordance with Israel's Protection of Privacy Law. Club membership and WhatsApp messages are based on the customer's explicit consent, given at sign-up and revocable at any time.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with its "last updated" date.

2. אילו נתונים נאספים

  • בעלי עסקים: שם העסק ופרטיו, פרטי קשר והגדרות השירות.
  • חברי מועדון: שם, מספר נייד, חותמת הסכמה, ומספרי ותאריכי ביקורים.
  • משוב: הדירוג שניתן וכל משוב מילולי אופציונלי שהלקוח בוחר לשתף.
  • הטבות: קודי ההטבה וסטטוס המימוש שלהם.
  • יומן הודעות: תיעוד הודעות הווטסאפ שנשלחו דרך השירות — מספר הנמען, סוג ההודעה וסטטוס המסירה.

3. למה משמשים הנתונים

הנתונים משמשים אך ורק להפעלת השירות: ניתוב משוב לעסק, ניהול חברות במועדון, משלוח קודי הטבה ואישורי מימוש בווטסאפ, והצגת הנתונים לעסק בלוח הניהול שלו. איננו מוכרים מידע אישי.

4. שיתוף

  • נתוני חבר מוצגים רק לעסק הספציפי שמולו פעל הלקוח. נתונים אינם משותפים בין עסקים.
  • הודעות ווטסאפ נמסרות דרך פלטפורמת WhatsApp Business (Meta), המעבדת נתוני מסירה בהתאם לתנאיה.
  • אנו נעזרים בספקי אירוח ותשתית להפעלת השירות, וב-Merchant of Record לעיבוד תשלומי המנוי של עסקים.

5. שמירת נתונים

נתונים נשמרים כל עוד המנוי של העסק והחברות במועדון פעילים, ונמחקים או מותממים כשאינם נדרשים עוד או לפי בקשת מחיקה תקפה.

6. הזכויות שלך

  • חבר מועדון יכול להסיר את עצמו בכל עת בתשובה ״הסר״ להודעת הווטסאפ.
  • ניתן לבקש עיון, תיקון או מחיקה של מידע אישי בכתובת contact@moonlab.co.il.

7. בסיס חוקי

אנו מעבדים מידע אישי בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות הישראלי. החברות במועדון והודעות הווטסאפ מבוססות על הסכמה מפורשת של הלקוח, הניתנת בהרשמה וניתנת לביטול בכל עת.

8. שינויים

ייתכן שנעדכן מדיניות זו מעת לעת. הגרסה העדכנית זמינה תמיד בעמוד זה, עם תאריך העדכון האחרון.
